I have moved three times in the last 5 years from one end of Canada to the other so I can claim some expertise in choosing a real estate agent.
My first contact with John DiBernardo was a chance telephone call as he had listed a property in which I was interested. I met him later that day when we viewed the property and was immediately impressed with his pleasant manner, his extensive knowledge of the market and, most importantly, the sense of personal integrity which was apparent from the start. He was interested in us as individuals and had an easy manner of relating to both my husband and myself as he went about the business of finding the property best suited to our needs. The search was lengthly and time consuming and at times I felt I had to apologise for our indecision but he was unfailingly helpful and never exerted any pressure on us to buy. So much so that halfway through the search we decided to list our own home with him. He worked hard atfinding us exaclty what we wanted and was delighted for us when we finally found it. He guided us through both the buying and selling with patience and with skill, demonstrating that customer satisfaction is a priority with him.
He followed up on us during and after the move, making sure that there were no problems and even appeared with a beautiful gift as his way of saying thank you. I have no hesitation in recommending him. One would have to look far to find a more dedicated real estate agent.
