Although we looked around a bit, we found it really hard to find the words we want to say in a 'Thank-You' card and so we thought we'd better sit down and write a poem to thank you for your help in building our new home.

John was extremely helpful to us in selling our deceased father/in-law's house.He was polite, informed, self directed, and easy to talk too.We don't live in the area and therefore didn't know the housing market or the necessary procedures to sell the house. John helped us determine a value for the property and advised us on what needed to be done to prepare it to be shown. It wasn't possible for us to be in the area, so much of our communication was by phone or e-mail. John was very effective in selling the property without our presence. He kept us informed as to his progress in showing the house and eventually selling it. He handled almost the entire sale without our presence. My first contact with John DiBernardo was a chance telephone call as he had listed a property in which I was interested.
